Why do I see prices in my currency?
We show prices in US dollars, euros or British pounds based on your location. Everywhere else, including India, sees US dollars. You can switch currency on this page.
Can I pay for 6 months or a year?
Yes. Choose monthly, 6 months or yearly when you upgrade. Longer terms cost less per month and are billed for the whole term upfront.
Is tax included?
Prices exclude VAT, GST or sales tax, which is added where it applies.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically: there’s no card on file. The trial includes 1 recovered slot from your waitlist; upgrade any time for unlimited recovery. When the 30 days end, your workspace pauses until you choose a plan, and your data stays safe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you charge per staff member?
Not at the moment. One plan covers your business and your team.
